Comprehensive Medical Management (CMM) was started in 1993 on these core principles:
hard work; providing quality education and training for our employees; maintaining
cutting edge technology; and ongoing, face-to-face communications with our clients.
We believed if we could do a superior job in these areas, we would maximize client
revenue and build one of the strongest businesses in the field of Medical Billing
and Practice Management.
This has proven to be a successful strategy. CMM now serves over 1,000 healthcare
providers in 13 states, representing a wide range of specialties, including anesthesia
& pain management, emergency medicine, surgery, primary care, orthopedics, hospice
care and more. We’ve been recognized by our local chamber of commerce as being one
of the fastest growing companies in the region.
We’ve amassed a well-trained, top-notch team of professionals who, with the use
of our state-of-the-art technology, consistently deliver client solutions that focus
on enhancing revenue and optimizing cash flow. Increased client revenue generally
average 10 to 25 percent in the first year. And with CMMpulse, our online reporting
system, our clients have, with the click of a Mouse, 24/7 access to their data –
charts, billing status, plus physician RVUs and reports.
I’m personally involved with all new account installations and our staff regularly
meets with each of our clients. This not only helps us ensure that the current needs
of our clients are being met, but also helps us anticipate their future needs.
