Dashboard

Once the client logs in they are taken to their personal dashboard. In the example below, the client has access to view their monthly reports (shown in the image on the left). This access allows the client to have a secure storage for their billing reports and not have to rely on a monthly email. Reports can either be saved versions that do not change, such as the monthly reports, or can be "live" reports that are run when the client pulls the report.

On the dashboard, the client also sees what applications that they hace access to. In the example, the client has rights to the online dictation application. The dictation application is the system that CMM uses to efficently code and process their dictations. The client has access to view deficiencies quickly in an interactive environment to allow for prompter responses and quicker resolutions.
